Privacy policy
FUKAMERU (“the service”) is designed to give your thoughts a safe place to develop. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
1. Information we collect
- Your email address when you create an account
- Password hashes, salts, and session information for authentication
- Thoughts, records, sources, and maps synced from your devices
- Push notification subscription data when notifications are enabled
- Information you send when contacting support
2. How thought data is stored
Thoughts and records are first stored in your browser. When you are logged in, changes are automatically synced over HTTPS to your account. Synced data is stored in Cloudflare D1 by account; end-to-end encryption is not currently provided.
Delete your account from Settings to delete its synced thoughts and notification settings. Browser data can also be removed from Settings.
3. How we use information
We use information for authentication, saving and syncing data, review notifications, support, and safe operation of the service. Thought data is not used for advertising or AI analysis.
4. Infrastructure providers
FUKAMERU uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 for delivery, authentication, and synced data storage. Information is shared with these providers only as needed to operate the service.
5. Retention and deletion
Account information and synced data are retained while needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes the account, synced data, and notification settings and cannot be undone.
